We are seeking an Assistant Contract Technical Representative to join our team and support our client in Arlington, VA

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Serves as the lead ACTR for client. Directly supports the client in creating NMCI orders, MACs and special requests. Manages and tracks IT inventory. Installs and administers computer hardware and software.

Work Experience:

  • Experience with Network and System hardware installation
  • Identify emerging markets and trends, and provide solutions for integration approach
  • Monitor compliance with current operating standards, guidelines and policies
  • Experience Mentoring junior level staff

 Job Skills:

  • 7+ years NMCI/NGEN related or similar experience required,
  • 3+ years of that experience shall be in the following areas:
    • Operations installation and support
    • Customer service/help-desk related or customer outreach with specific technology skills
    • GOTS/COTS applications specializing in Human Resource, Legal and Financial Management business applications
    • NMCI/NGEN ordering tools such as the Enterprise Information Technology Service Management System (EITSMS) suite
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills 


  • Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent experience (10+ years)

Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations:

  • DoD Information Assurance Workforce (IAWF) DoD 8570 IAM Level I qualifications (CAP GISF, GSLC, CompTIA Security+ or CISSP)
  • Security Clearance: Current Secret or Current Interim Secret clearance required 

Communication Skills: 

  • Excellent business and technical communication skills including the following: Email, documentation, presentation, Virtual, Telephone  


  •  Willing to travel occasionally as needed (up to 10%)  

Environmental Requirements: 

  • Mainly sedentary work in an office environment.
  • May be required to lift up to ten (10) pounds.
  • Flexible to work extended hours.
